Idyllic half-timbered house with sea view

In the middle of an idyllic landscape between Stralsund and the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst is the half-timbered house with thatched roof, which offers you a breathtaking view of the water as soon as you wake up.

You and your family can look forward to a plot of over 880 m² with direct access to the adjacent beech forest and the nearby sea.

Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay walls adorn the interior of the house and are perfectly complemented by both modern and rustic furnishings. A large living area with dining table and fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired. On the upper floor, two cozy bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - provide retreats and pleasant dreams.

In summer, you can relax outside on the terrace in the sun, cool off in the outdoor shower or zinc tub or spend a day swimming at the beach, which is just 150 m away. On colder days, the barrel sauna at the edge of the forest provides cozy warmth and relaxation.

The direct access to the hiking trail allows you to start the day with an invigorating jog in the morning after getting up. Four bicycles, a kayak and a stand-up paddle are available for other sporting activities.

The Baltic Sea beach of Zingst can be reached by car in around 35 minutes. The town of Stralsund with its beautiful old town is also only 10 km away. There is even a ferry from Stralsund harbor to the popular Baltic Sea island of Hiddensee.
