House from 1936 on Bornholm with 30 m to the water

You'll find this charming holiday home from 1936 on a large natural plot just 30 meters from one of Bornholm's finest beaches. With sea views from almost every room, you can enjoy the rolling sea and relaxing atmosphere all year round.

The tastefully renovated house offers a bright living room with dining area, a functional kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a double bed in the bedroom. In the separate annex there are two more single beds with a view of the sea. The only shower in the house is an outdoor shower with hot water, which completes the true cottage atmosphere.

The large natural grounds provide plenty of space for relaxation and play. A small private path leads directly to the beach and from the garden you can enjoy the sun all day. There is garden furniture, a parasol and a carport for bicycles.

In the area between Snogebæk and Dueodde you'll find a wealth of nature trails and one of the island's best beaches. Cycle to the charming fishing village of Snogebæk with cafés and shops, or visit the Bornholm Tower for the island's most spectacular views.
