From the road leading to the farmhouse, you can admire the towers of San Gimignano and the medieval village of Certaldo Alto. One hectare of land with olive trees surrounds you, offering you a true Tuscan experience of beauty, comfort, and breathtaking views.

The farmhouse retains its original features with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. A loft houses a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms with showers.

The private garden is your panoramic retreat, perfect for sipping a Chianti at sunset while contemplating the surrounding countryside. The mini pool for exclusive use invites you to relax, ideal even for the little ones on hot days. A 20 m² loggia with table and chairs completes the outdoor experience.

Gambassi Terme is located on the border between three provinces and offers access to Florence (28 miles), Siena (22 miles), San Gimignano (6 miles), and Certaldo (2.5 miles).
