Architect-designed summer house near Lumsås beach

This older, architect-designed vacation home on Lumsås Nordstrand stands out with its personalized decor, vibrant colors, and light-colored furniture. The living room features a large corner sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is newer and fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a mattress approximately 140 cm wide and a bunk bed for a child; and an annex with a very wide bed for an entire family. There is a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as an outdoor shower.

The 5,000 m² property gives you plenty of space to enjoy yourselves. There’s a trampoline and plenty of room to play ball, and the garden is filled with fruit trees and berry bushes. With several terraces and seating areas spread across the property, you’ll always find a place to relax. The beach is an eight-minute walk away.

Sonnerup Forest is just a few minutes from the house and offers nature walks. Odsherred is a hilly area in northwestern Zealand with plenty of beaches and clean water. You’ll also find many great restaurants and cafés in the area.
