This house is located in the countryside of Småland, halfway between Älmhult and Växjö. The forest is right next door, and a canoe on Lake Åsnen is included in the rent. The entire house has been recently renovated—everything is new and fresh.

Inside, you’ll find a completely renovated home. Outside, there are two large covered porches where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks, a BBQ grill, and an electric fire pit to gather around.

The garden is surrounded by a fence with a large antique iron gate, and you can park on the property in front of the house. The house is dog-friendly, so the whole family is welcome here.

Åsnen National Park and Lake Åsnen are nearby. A popular activity is cycling the “Åsnen Runt” route—an old railroad track converted into a gravel path around the lake. The area also features Huseby Bruk, Carl von Linné’s Råshult with its garden café, and Glasriket, home to Kosta Boda and Orrefors.
