Design chalet among woods and waterfalls

A bright, contemporary chalet with panoramic views that breaks with the classic image of a mountain cabin. The colorful interiors, designer furnishings, and custom details create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those seeking an authentic retreat surrounded by nature.

Downstairs, you will find the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a hybrid wood and pellet fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a wood-burning stove and a large window overlooking the woods: the ideal place to read, slow down, and let yourself be enveloped by the silence of the surrounding nature.

Outside, a well-kept space with flowers and a vegetable garden invites you to enjoy the slow pace of life. Here you will find a table, deck chairs, and the typical piota, a local stone slab on which to cook directly over the fire. Tending the flames, making coffee with a moka pot, and listening to the sounds of the woods are all part of the experience that awaits you.

The chalet is surrounded by nature and is the starting point for several hiking trails for all levels. Nearby, you will find the picturesque Acqua Fraggia waterfalls, the villages of Daloo and Lagunc with views of Pizzo di Prata, Chiavenna with its shops and trattorias, and the relaxation of the Calidarium at sunset. Lake Como and the Swiss village of Soglio are less than an hour away.

In winter: in case of snow, the last 3 km of the consortium road are not cleared with a snowplow. We will accompany you by car or snowmobile on your arrival and departure (service included, but we do not provide a shuttle service during your stay). From the parking lot, there is a 5-minute walk to the chalet in both summer and winter.
