We're a family of four from Copenhagen, and when we need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we seek exile in our little cottage in Jægerspris. We love spending time in our garden and the surrounding nature, but we also enjoy playing board games on the sofa with a fire in the stove.
A picnic in the Nordskoven forest north of Jægerspris is really nice, and there are also flea markets in Kulhuse where you're sure to find some quirky things to take home. It's also great to take the ferry to Orø and explore the island.
