We are a family of four from Copenhagen, and when we need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we seek exile in our little cottage in Jægerspris. We love spending time in our garden and the surrounding nature, but for us, playing board games on the sofa with a fire in the stove is just as nice.
A picnic in the Nordskoven forest north of Jægerspris is really nice to go on, and there are also flea markets in Kulhuse, where you're sure to find some quirky things to bring home. It's also great to take the ferry to Orø and explore the island.

Really nice house that shows that it is used for cozy and relaxing. It doesn't look like "just" a rental summer house, which you see so many of. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, also in the rest of the house. Lovely outdoor area with several small nooks and a lovely garden.
