On the ground floor of the villa, you’ll find a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom—and three bathrooms with showers ensure comfort and privacy. On the first floor, there are two living rooms (one with a large fireplace), a small study, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.

The tower features a kitchen with a fireplace, a living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a renovated bathroom. The private panoramic pool, complete with umbrellas and lounge chairs, overlooks the Tuscan hills. Next to it, a table, chairs, and a barbecue are set up for outdoor lunches and dinners in the garden.

The area around Gambassi Terme and Montignoso offers hills ideal for hiking and e-bike excursions. You can explore the local woods and visit the medieval parish churches along the Via Francigena, with particularly picturesque viewpoints at sunset.
