Andalusian design finca among olive groves

Nuevespigas is an Andalusian estate perched atop a hill, built in the traditional style and surrounded by olive groves with unobstructed views of the valley and the Sierra de las Nieves. The house has expanded over time, and each space serves its own purpose. Some corners invite long family dinners, while others offer tranquility for reading or practicing yoga. The pool shares the same sweeping views, and it’s easy to spend an entire afternoon between the water, the lounge chairs, and the shade of the trees.

The front patio, beneath the bougainvillea, brings guests together around a long table as the sun sets. From the large outdoor sofa overlooking the valley, you can watch the mountains light up at dawn and the moon rise at night. Beyond the garden, paths wind through olive groves and lead to the hiking trails of the Sierra de las Nieves.

The whitewashed village of Casarabonela is just a few minutes’ drive away and retains an authentic Andalusian character. Ronda, Málaga, and the Mediterranean coast are all day-trip destinations from the villa, which is located about 45 minutes from Málaga and the coast.
