The heated saltwater pool measures 8.5 × 4.5 m with a maximum depth of 165 cm and can be used most of the year. The terrace features a shaded area with sofas and armchairs, a table for eight, and a Weber gas grill for enjoying evenings outdoors.

The villa is located on the Maresme coast, with sandy beaches just a few minutes’ drive away. The area offers opportunities for water sports, tennis, paddle tennis, mountain biking, and golf, as well as exploring the towns of the Costa Brava, which begins in Blanes.
