For us, the cabin at Sjusjøen has been an investment in quality of life. Family and friends enjoy many good times together there, both inside and outside and in all seasons. Here we have every opportunity to live an active life outdoors, with many different activities - depending on which season we visit the cabin.
We like to go on ski trips to Pellestova or Ljøsheim, where we enjoy lunch on site, or we go slalom skiing at Sjusjøen or Hafjell. There are also many great hiking opportunities throughout the year. You can also go hiking in the area in the summer and enjoy the beautiful views. If we want a bit of city life, Lillehammer is only 15-20 minutes away by car. In the summer, there are also good swimming conditions in Sjusjøvannet, Eftastjernet or in Sør/Nord Mesna, which is also a must, and there are many great cycling and paddling opportunities. When we want to enjoy ourselves a little extra, we recommend a dinner at Låven Bar or at Restaurant "Hai" by Graaten. Good food and drink and a great atmosphere in both places.
