Your retreat combines architecture and nature in a unique way: this timber-framed house made of steel, stone, and wood impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring light and the landscape inside. The private sauna, two luxurious bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Miele appliances create exclusive comfort.
Open, light-flooded rooms invite you to relax. The cozy dining area with fireplace becomes the center of convivial evenings. In the glass-enclosed master bedroom, you can marvel at the starry sky and count shooting stars.
The spacious terrace with Weber grill and lounge area opens onto the natural garden with a boulder stone wall, where early and late bloomers unfold their splendor all year round. In summer, the butterfly bush smells wonderful while lizards sunbathe. The unfertilized meadows and private fishing pond are part of the property.
The forest lake at the gravel pit with an official bathing area is a ten-minute walk away. The Sonnenwald hiking region with Büchelstein and Brotjacklriegel offers numerous tours to observation towers and peaks with panoramic views of the Bavarian Forest. Hiking trails along the Ils start right outside the front door.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.
