Design Cabin with Sauna and Spring Water Pool

The house itself is in a fantastic, peaceful location. It takes a bit of searching to find it from the main road. The view from the garden and the master bedroom is wonderful. Unfortunately, there are also a few downsides, some of which have already been discussed with the host: the house is located in a wooded area, but there is absolutely no protection against insects. We were there from the beginning to the end of August, and opening the windows in the evening to let the house cool down simply wasn’t an option. The house was full of mosquitoes, flies, wasps, and even hornets. Perhaps screen doors and windows don’t need to be installed everywhere, but even one per room would be welcome. The insects also made eating outside difficult. As a result, the house seems less suitable for renting during the summer. We also noticed that there were a lot of personal items lying around, such as drawers full of food, closets with personal clothing, and even personal care products—including used razor blades. Whether this is a deliberate choice or the result of a poor cleaning service, I can’t say. To end on a positive note: I’d book the house again in a heartbeat if pest control measures were implemented. The surroundings, the property, and the house itself contribute immensely to a wonderful vacation experience.
