Welcome to a Darß house that is over 250 years old, quietly telling its story with its thatched roof, clay walls, and historic half-timbering. Here, traditional building materials combine with Scandinavian-inspired design to create a retreat that combines authenticity and modern comfort.

With 240 square meters of space, the house offers plenty of room for shared moments and private retreats. Warm pine floorboards are reminiscent of ship planks, while two wood-burning stoves in the kitchen and living area exude cozy warmth. Handcrafted furniture from a Rostock carpentry workshop and renovated old windows create a special atmosphere.

The natural garden invites you to linger. Wild flowers and grasses attract colorful insects, and old trees provide a home for birds. In the evening, you can snuggle up in woolen blankets and watch the night sky – the small village street guarantees peace and relaxation.
