An old wooden staircase takes you to the cozy upper floor. Sleep and dream under the sloping roof in a comfortable double bed with a view of the high gable end.
The house's garden flows seamlessly into the surrounding fields and meadows. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day on the terrace, accompanied by birdsong and a breathtaking view of the greenery as far as the eye can see.
Almost endless cycle paths lead right past the house, allowing you to explore the idyllic surroundings. You can reach Flensburg with its charming old town in less than half an hour by car and a day trip to Denmark is also possible here.

I'm Gabriele and my home in Schleswig-Holstein is my absolute favorite place. When I'm not in the quaint, thatched cottage myself, I'm only too happy to welcome guests here. As I travel a lot for work, Julia often looks after the house and the guests. She is your personal contact and good soul. My husband and I lovingly renovated the cottage a few years ago and created a place to relax and take a deep breath. We particularly enjoy the great secluded location of the house: we love listening to the birdsong in the garden among the lavender, roses and herbs or spending time on the wonderful Baltic Sea coast.
