Historic summer house by the water on Ulvön

At the entrance to Ulvöhamn, this 120-year-old summer villa sits like a jewel by the water. With a jetty that extends from the balcony door to the sea and a unique gazebo on stilts, the house creates an unforgettable silhouette against the archipelago sky.

The carefully renovated house has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a modern kitchen equipped for large parties. There are double dishwashers, refrigerators and plenty of counter space for cooking. For entertainment there is a projector and wifi, but TV has been deliberately chosen in favor of genuine socializing.

Two small beaches surround the property and the long jetty offers a wood-fired sauna and boathouses. Wild berries grow in the private garden and from the lounge sofa on the jetty you can follow the lively boating life or take a ride on the house's SUP boards.

Discover the charming 17th-century fishing village, hike along the dramatic trails of the High Coast, or take the boat over to Södra Ulvön, and explore the shingle fields and beaches. Ulvön offers a car-free environment where mopeds and quad bikes set the pace, and restaurants serving local delicacies are within walking distance.
