The house has been designed with light, spaciousness and views of nature in mind, including exposed beams, skylights and large

glass sections. With its relaxed furnishings, the living room invites you to put your feet up, while the conservatory offers space to enjoy the garden in all weathers. The interior of the house is warm and tasteful with happy colors and many evocative, retro details. The house has 2 bedrooms and an annex that can be accessed from the terrace.

From both the living room and the dining room there is access to the large terrace, where you can sit secluded behind the wild flower bed in the leak between the conservatory and the annex. Climb the stairs and enjoy the beautiful sea views from the raised terrace and watch birds and insects frolic in the green roofs, or gather some fresh herbs for lunch from the bed on the small morning terrace to the east

In the garden there is a large fire pit with a grill plate and firewood, as well as access to barbecue utensils including frying pans, popcorn pots and a bread maker. From the grounds there is direct access to the child-friendly and fine sandy beach, while in the house you'll find beach toys, rackets and balls for a fun day by the water. There is access to a large canoe (with trailer), two sea kayaks (with trailer) and 3 stand-up paddleboards, one of which can be fitted with a sail or seat. Life jackets and wetsuits are available for both children and adults.
