Built in 1932, the house has been continuously renovated and updated while preserving its original seaside hotel style, and features all modern amenities. The living room, with its view of the fjord, is the house’s natural gathering place. The layout is practical and perfect for families, with two bedrooms featuring double beds and an annex with two adult-sized bunk beds.

On the property, there is a fire pit, a swimming ladder, fishing opportunities, and two canoes with life jackets available. There is plenty of wildlife and opportunities for great hiking trails. The house is located near Randers Fjord Golf Club, Støvringgård Abbey, and the charming Mellerup ferry port. It is 12 km to downtown Randers, which offers restaurants, shopping, an art museum, Randers Water and Wellness, Randers Rainforest, and more. Within a one-hour drive, you’ll find Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park.
