This 19th-century country house, carefully restored using local materials and top-quality finishes, is located in the heart of Grazzano Badoglio. The views of the Monferrato hills and the town center will accompany you throughout your stay. Outside, a hot tub awaits you year-round.

Over 250 m² spread across two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fireplace, a 55-inch smart TV, a bar cabinet, and an antique grandfather clock. The kitchen, featuring a round table that seats eight, is fully equipped. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The entryway features a closet and a space for storing luggage.

The private, fenced-in courtyard offers parking and a covered spot with a charging station for electric cars. On the outdoor terrace, you can dine al fresco at an eight-seat table, complete with a parasol and a barbecue. The private, south-facing garden is furnished with small tables and lounge chairs.
