Guest house by park and beach in Falsterbo

You will be staying five minutes from Falsterbo's beautiful sandy beach in a guest house built in 2021. The bright and functional house is located next to a park on a 1300 m² plot. After a swim, you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower with hot water. Large glass doors lead to the spacious wooden deck and garden.

The living room has a sofa, small dining area, and TV, as well as a kitchen with two hotplates, an oven, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom has a double bed, and a ladder leads to the sleeping loft with room for two more people. The loft has a ceiling height of approximately 110 cm and is suitable for agile adults or young people. A skylight provides light.

Your own patio area on the property has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A private gate leads directly to the park. The property is shared with the main house, but you have separate areas and will not disturb each other. A parking space is normally available on the property, and additional parking is available nearby.

Falsterbo offers grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses nearby. Hiking trails can be explored in the surrounding area. The beautiful sandy beach is only a five-minute walk away, perfect for daily dips in the sea.
