In this lovingly restored three-sided farmhouse dating from 1702, you will experience the perfect combination of history and modernity. Old wooden beams with indirect lighting create an atmospheric ambience, while the private sauna promises pure relaxation. The handmade beds in the master bedroom continue the story of the farm.
The open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining area, and living area into one spacious room. The harmonious color scheme reflects the Franconian landscape. Comfortable double beds guarantee a restful night's sleep, while the wellness bathrooms with rain showers and natural light invite you to relax and unwind.
Located right on the edge of the forest, the communal garden with its rustic sequoia trees invites you to linger – an ideal place for yoga or relaxing hours. It is crossed by the small Ermetz stream – listen to its gentle splashing, watch the birds or refresh yourself in the cool water after a sauna session. On the opposite side of the bank, you will find secluded spots where you can relax in complete peace.
The Haßberge Nature Park offers countless opportunities for hiking and cycling tours. Discover Germany's Green Belt, explore old mills, and enjoy Franconian hospitality. The picturesque landscape park of Bettenburg Castle is within walking distance.
The quiet village location with no through traffic and free parking in the courtyard ensure undisturbed relaxation. There are other accommodations in the courtyard, which offer sufficient privacy despite their proximity and blend harmoniously into the overall picture.
Tourism Fee not included
A Tourism Fee is a mandatory fee that you have to pay when visiting certain tourism areas in Germany. The fee is not included in the price because it depends on where you stay, how many nights you stay, how old you are and if you're bringing your dog. The fee usually varies between €0 and €4 per adult per night, but may be 5% in certain areas, such as Berlin. It should be settled with the host upon arrival.
