We are Torben and Britt and we love nature in Vang - we clearly think Vang is the new black. The area attracts nature lovers and it's a quiet area. Our cottage is a year-round home, so we use it ourselves all year round - both with and without our adult children. We work and live in Copenhagen, but we've always spent a lot of time on Bornholm, and Thomas has family on the island.
Some of Denmark's most beautiful nature is located around Vang - to the north is Slotslyngen and Hammershus and to the south is the old quarry with a mountain bike route, climbing and swimming on the small protected beach. The whole area is very hilly. Perfect place for hiking, cycling and relaxing at the small cozy harbor in Vang. In and around the harbor there are fishing opportunities. Vang has a café and restaurant, Le Port, which is highly recommended. There is also the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with a limited selection of goods and short opening hours during the season.

Fantastically beautiful house that leaves nothing to be desired. Very well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal for beautiful walks that can be started directly from the house. The view of the sea has enchanted us again and again. We would love to come back here again.
