This cabin from the 1960s is located in peaceful surroundings surrounded by birch forest in Lykkja, Norway's highest living agricultural community. From the terrace, you can see Hemsedal and the Golsfjellene mountains. The sunny location at 850 meters above sea level gives you sun all year round and panoramic views down to Tisleifjorden and Storevann.

The cabin was completely renovated in 2015 and maintains a high standard with an updated look. The interior has a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a day in nature. There is ample parking space for several cars right outside.

The property is located on a south-facing slope surrounded by birch forest. The high location offers privacy and tranquility, while still being only 25 minutes from Hemsedal town center with all its amenities.

In winter, you can ski straight from the cabin to Golsfjellet, Hemsedal, or the mountain trails at Kjølen. Try randonnée, kiting, or dog sledding. In summer, you can go hiking on mountain peaks, cycling on gravel roads, and fishing. Sledding and horseback riding are available at the neighboring farm.
