A really lovely vacation home. Nice kitchen and bathroom; it’s great to have outdoor exercise options, a wild marsh bath, and a sauna. Good location within walking distance of Ebeltoft.
However, I wouldn’t recommend the house for more than 4 people. The annex doesn’t have curtains, and unfortunately, we found ourselves in the unfortunate situation where there weren’t any real beds in the annex—just daybeds of very poor quality. We were given a good mattress, but the other bed never became comfortable. I expect real beds and a room with curtains for all guests. Furthermore, the table on the patio is too small for 6 people, and there are only 5 chairs; there isn’t enough tableware in the house for 6 people. Had we booked for 4 people, we would have been very satisfied, but for 6 people, it wasn’t suitable.
Furthermore, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, and the clotheslines were full of laundry. Some of the lamps weren’t plugged in, so we spent quite a bit of time getting settled in the house. It made for a somewhat frustrating start to our vacation.
