Renovated thatched house on warft in Fahretoft

This place combines history with modern comfort. The listed thatched house was completely renovated in 2020 and stands on a historic mound in the artists' village of Fahretoft. Here you can experience North Frisian building culture at its most beautiful, nestled in the tranquility of the Wadden Sea National Park.

On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen, a living room with a TV corner, and a bedroom. The shower room has a small sauna for two people. A staircase leads to the second bedroom with a cozy corner by the window and a magnificent view of nature. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

Behind the house, a sheltered terrace area invites you to linger. The romantic garden with tall trees and an additional seating area is at your disposal. A carport provides space for your car and bicycles.

The UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site Wadden Sea is practically on your doorstep. From here, you can reach the Halligen islands and the islands of Föhr, Amrum, and Sylt, as well as Denmark. Right next door, a historic museum with a café and highly recommended cakes beckons on weekends. In Dagebüll harbor, you will find restaurants and the green bathing beach.
