My husband Rasmus and I live together in Randers with our three children.
In 2021, we bought a plot of land in Kandestederne and found an architect to design our dream home. It was an amazing privilege to be able to realize our dream of a holiday home that combined our wishes: close to family in North Jutland and in nature. The house is built just as we wanted it - with room for our large family, which may become even larger in the future when our children have children too. We see ourselves having the house even when we are old and gray.
We love the large natural area close to the house the most. We enjoy walking through the protected dune landscape to Råbjerg Mile or going to the roaring North Sea. On a windy day it's harsh, and on a quiet summer day it's wonderful.

We loved the house with it's modernist design. The Kitchen/living room with the view onto the dunes was a lovely space for the family to gather. The location was very scenic amd had the added advamtage of being within walking distance of a small hotel with a great restaurant where we had several meals.
