Artist's cottage with North Sea views

You will be residing in the former studio of renowned painter Poul Anker Bech, surrounded by trees that provide natural shelter. From the elevated wooden terrace and the large windows on the upper floor, you will have a panoramic view of the North Sea – perfect for watching the sun set into the ocean.

The house has cozy nooks and quirky angles that give it character. The kitchen has an alcove with a sea view, and by the dining table there is a wood-burning stove under the five-meter-high ceiling. Upstairs you will find the best view, while three bedrooms and extra sleeping space provide room for the whole family.

The grounds extend with a south-facing wooden terrace, a small path that winds adventurously around the garden, and at the back you will find a sandbox, lawn, and swing set. The location at the end of the plateau provides the atmosphere of a private holiday oasis.

The beach is a five-minute walk away, with gelato from Ishuset and good food at Munchs Badehotel. Tornby Klitplantage is just as close, with hiking trails and mountain bike tracks in hilly terrain. Hirtshals to the north offers seafood restaurants, while Møllehuset to the south serves excellent brunch.
