The house has five bedrooms on two floors and a spacious living room with room for ten people at the dining table. The original 1950s kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Everything is furnished with recycled furniture that has its own history. The tiles in the kitchen are handmade like a work of art. There are two bathrooms, one with a washing machine upstairs and one with a shower downstairs.

The property has garden furniture that you can move around as needed, and a homemade fire pit for evenings outdoors. By the sea is a seaside cabin with a long table and French sofa that can be moved outside in the summer. There is a charcoal grill and space for meals inside or outside. To the north lies Karmøy with its long sandy beaches and the charming town of Skudeneshavn. To the south you will find Preikestolen with spectacular views of Lysefjorden, and further inland awaits Hardanger with its waterfalls and fruit blossoms.
