Modern cabin with ski-in/out near Birken trails

Ski slope

You will find this new cabin high up in Østerdalen with glorious sunshine and unobstructed views of the valley. The slalom slope is right outside the door, with ski-in/ski-out access. The cross-country trails start 100 meters from the cabin and lead into the Birken trails, where the legendary Birkebeiner race is held.
The interior is stylish and designed with comfort in mind. Here you can relax after a day of activities and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the valley.
You can enjoy yourself outdoors by the fire pit while the wood is ready. The hot tub is the perfect place to end the day, whether you have been skiing or hiking in the mountains.
There are two shelters in the area. One is located about one kilometer up the slalom slope, while the other is located at Pålstjern with a view of the water, about 3.5 kilometers from the cabin. The hiking terrain is beautiful all year round. The café at the bottom of the slope is open every weekend during the winter season, and in the center of Rena there are cozy cafés and good shops.

We are a small family with two children aged 6 and 8 who love spending time at the cabin, enjoying morning coffee with a view, going on hikes in the mountains, and lighting fires in the shelters. In winter, we enjoy ourselves on the slalom slopes or cross-country trails. Welcome!
