Welcome to the listed forest lodge opposite Dennenlohe Castle. The historic building, dating from 1700, was completely renovated in 2022 and offers you modern comfort in a unique atmosphere with spacious living areas. Here you will find space and tranquility for the whole family—and your dogs are very welcome.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy kitchen with an open dining area and a 45-square-meter living room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own dressing room. The large bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub.
The 1-hectare fenced garden invites you to relax and play. From August 2025, a whirlpool and a swim spa will also be available – perfect for relaxing outdoors after active days in the Franconian countryside.
The Hesselberg, the highest point in Middle Franconia with a panoramic view of the Alps, is only a few kilometers away. At Altmühlsee, you can go cycling or pedal boating. In Wassertrüdingen and Unterschwaningen, you will find cozy cafés and restaurants serving Franconian specialties. The Vogelinsel nature reserve near Muhr am See is ideal for nature watching.
