Timber house with wellness area in Chiemgau

In the morning, you can see the Hochplatte from your bed; at breakfast, you’ll look out onto the Hochgern. The sturdy wooden house on the edge of a farming village smells of local wood and rose petals, and there’s something to discover everywhere: art, rustic antiques, design classics, and custom-made woodwork.

Two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom—one of which features two bunk beds—offer peaceful nights on mattresses with memory foam toppers, down pillows and comforters, and batiste linens. The spacious living area features a custom-built kitchen, and the dining table with eight antique tavern chairs has room for everyone.

The 30-square-meter wellness area on the ground floor features a Swiss stone pine sauna, a wooden hot tub, and a relaxation area with a large window. The secluded loggia leads directly outdoors. The large wooden deck is furnished with lounge chairs and a beer garden set. The loggia, with its sliding doors, is a pleasant place to relax in any weather.

For sports and relaxation, a shared table tennis and bouldering room as well as high-quality yoga equipment are available for your free use.

Mountain hikes and bike tours start right from the house. Lake Wössner is just a 5-minute walk away. By car, you can reach Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes, Salzburg in 40 minutes, or Munich in 60 minutes.
