The nearest village with its amenities is only a short walk away and the Baltic Sea is not far: in 30 minutes by car you are at the beach of Ueckermünde. The farmhouse is spacious and with its two bedrooms with queen size beds and two children's rooms with bunk beds can comfortably accommodate even two families. Alternatively, a group of friends will also enjoy the house. The wood-burning stoves in the two living rooms exude a cozy warmth and homey feel. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and with a bathtub in both bathrooms, the conditions for pure relaxation are complete.
In terms of technology, the house is also excellently equipped. Besides smart TVs and a music system, you'll find everything you need to get some work done while on vacation - including a workspace and good Wi-Fi.
Children will find a true wonderland in this house. Besides games and books, the garden is a highlight for the little ones. They spend hours in the tree house, bounce on the trampoline or nibble from the trees in the orchard. Pets are also very welcome here.

My name is Jens and I come from Berlin. The house in Sandkrug was love at first sight: I had found the perfect retreat for my family and me. Built in 1912, the brick house is a wonderful blend of traditional and modern. Two of my favorite places in the house are the cozy living room with the tiled stove and the orchard behind the house - an enchanted place that never fails to enchant me.
The location of the house is particularly practical: situated at the entrance to the village, it offers an unobstructed view of the surroundings, yet you can be in the village on foot in no time.
