Family house with pool and views over Girona

This two-story single-family home offers plenty of space for families and groups looking to enjoy Girona in comfort. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the common areas are spacious, and the pool—completely renovated in 2025—is fenced and offers stunning views of the city.

The living room features a four-meter-long sofa, and the kitchen has several work areas so the group can move around with ease. The bedrooms are very large, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own corner.

On the terrace, there is a large outdoor table, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. From here, the views over the city are breathtaking, providing a concrete and real backdrop for time spent outdoors.

The house is located on a hilltop with a small commercial area: a supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, pharmacy, and gas station. Montjuïc is a natural setting with numerous green trails, including a hike to Sant Miquel Castle, a viewpoint overlooking the Empordà region.
