We are a small family of three who live in Valby in Copenhagen. We both work in the movie industry. Me, Sofie, as a costume designer and Noah as a lighting master. While we love the city, we love our summer house even more. For us, it's an incredible place to relax and get into vacation mode. Even if it's just for a couple of nights.
We love that nature is an extension of the large space in the house. It makes us feel like we're out of the city and deep in the woods, even if it's raining and we're inside. When the sun shines outside, we enjoy watching the light change through the large windows, while occasionally spotting animals visiting the garden.
When we want to go for a walk in the area, we go to Tisvilde Hegn or Asserbo Plantage. On days when we're dreaming of a little more life, we grab a coffee in Tisvilde or lunch at Rabarbergården in Holløse.
