The 2,000 m² plot is surrounded by tall conifers that provide shelter from the west. There is plenty of space for ball games, croquet, football golf and king's game. On the terraces, you can meet Holger the pheasant, Egon the squirrel, and other curious animals that live here.

You can walk to the sea in just 7 minutes or explore Trail 100, which runs through nature areas from Blokhus to Løkken. Løkken offers restaurants, cafes, and the North Shore Surf surf center. Visit Rubjerg Knude with its unique view, idyllic Lønstrup, or Børglum Kloster, voted Denmark's Best Museum in 2025. Fårup Sommerland and Ingstrup Mejeri are both a short distance away.
