Charming country house in the outskirts of the Uckermark

Amidst the nature of Western Pomerania, on the edge of an idyllic village, you will find Sophie's spacious country house dating back to 1912. Nestled in an impressive 5000 m2 natural plot, it offers enough space for up to 7 adults and 1 small child. A loving restoration and the choice of high quality interior make this house special. Antique farmhouse furniture tells stories of times gone by, while design classics infuse modern style.

The living space of over 185 m² is generously divided and comfortably designed. The old chicken coop has been integrated into the house and now functions as a living room, inviting you to long afternoons of reading on the sofa with its wood-burning fireplace and large panoramic windows. On the first floor you will also find a well-equipped kitchen with adjoining fireplace heated dining room, a loft with work area and a bedroom with double bed. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with a single bed. Here everyone will find their own retreat to sit back and relax.

The cottage is surrounded by majestic trees, yet flooded with sunshine. Here you can spend your days sunbathing on the terrace or enjoying a piece of cake on the romantic overgrown veranda. On cold days, there is also a wood-fired barrel sauna with a large window overlooking the greenery.

The surrounding landscape is perfect for leisure activities. Take a canoe trip, dive into the cool water in one of the surrounding swimming lakes or explore the large wild meadow and the community forest nearby. For cultural excursions, visit Szczecin or Berlin, 1.5 hours away.
