From Mirador, you have an extraordinary view that changes with the light and weather throughout the day. You can enjoy it through large windows from inside or from the spacious terrace, which is protected from the east and north winds—a small luxury in the Norwegian climate. Excursions to Preikestolen and Lysefjorden take about an hour. In winter, you can ski in Lyngsheia (30 minutes away) or Gullingen (about an hour). The nearest grocery store is in Fister (7 km), and you can buy fresh produce from local farms and live crabs directly from a fisherman in the area.
