We are a Danish-British couple who love our cottage for both vacation and homework, to enjoy the natural surroundings at Arresø. In our log cabin, we slow down, find peace and enjoy cozy moments with friends and family.
We especially love the cottage's location close to the beach, forest and various cozy towns that can be reached on idyllic bike rides. The forest area around the cottage is located down to Arresø, where we love to take walks along the paths down to the lake. Here we are always greeted by the wonderful scent of pine trees and sometimes a deer. When we travel to the nearby towns, we often cycle to Stængehus Strand, Tisvildeleje or Liseleje, which are full of cozy restaurants. We also love going to Hundested Harbor, where there's always a great atmosphere at the restaurants and Lynæs Surfcamp, where you can enjoy a cold beer, burger and good music.
