This 280 m² country house on the outskirts of Algaida sleeps up to 8 people and combines privacy, space, and nature within 15,000 m² of gardens featuring olive trees, a vegetable garden, and a fountain. The private saltwater pool with a hot tub and the mountain views make this place a destination in its own right.

The ground floor features a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a laundry room. The master bedroom overlooks the garden and the fountain. On the first floor, you’ll find a second master bedroom, two additional double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub; each bedroom has its own terrace. There’s also a private gym with a rowing machine, an exercise bike, and weights.

The house faces south, and the pool and patio face southwest, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun both for al fresco dining and swimming. The gardens feature olive trees, a vegetable garden where you can pick herbs and fresh fruit, and a fountain. The night sky in the countryside is exceptionally clear.

Algaida's a 5-minute drive away, with cafés, restaurants, tennis and local festivals. Son Gual Golf is about 7 minutes away, and Marina Arenal—with water sports, SUP and windsurfing—is about 15 minutes away. Palma's about 10 minutes away, and the airport's about 15 minutes away. The surrounding area's ideal for exploring by bike, on foot or while jogging.
