The wooden terrace by the main house invites you to enjoy a nice dinner at the Danish oak dining table under the open sky, or retreat to the lounge furniture under the canopy.
The annex is located at the top of the beautiful staircase, where you can send the young couple or the big kids up as the stairs can be a bit steep. On the other hand, here you have the opportunity to retreat into nature with the best view in the house and enjoy each other's company
The heart of the cottage is the kitchen-living room, which has a Scandinavian design with a touch of hunting room in the form of raw wooden beams in the ceiling and soft animal skin in the armchair. Here you can all gather and be in each other's presence, whether some of you are cooking in the beautiful kitchen while the others are putting together a puzzle around the coffee table. You can also enjoy the beautiful sight of cozy candles in the old fireplace, overall this cottage creates the setting for a wonderful holiday.
The small but nice rooms in the cottage can accommodate 4 people, one room has a pull-out bed, it is also possible to borrow a travel cot.

We are a small family of three consisting of Michelle, Nicki and our daughter Elia. In 2019, we took over my grandfather's beautiful cottage. The cottage has been in the family since 1960, which was also the year the house was built. We have since renovated the house to suit our small family with great respect for the house's history and all the memories that come with it. We live in Copenhagen on a daily basis, but often seek refuge in our beautiful cottage gem when we need to feel nature and open skies.
Røsnæs is a unique natural area where the landscape is wild and hilly. There are wild animals, fantastic fishing opportunities and not least a terrain with unique plant life. From the cottage, you're within walking distance of an 18-hole golf course and Denmark's largest vineyard.
Here you can also buy tapas, grab a coffee or have a great lunch. You can also take a drive out to Røsnæs Lighthouse, from where there is a fantastic view and café.
You can also walk down through the beautiful landscape and down to the jetty. From there you can jump into the refreshing sea water. It's a pebble beach, but there's sand from where you enter the water from the bridge.
