At manor to gather the extended family

Experience the incredible manor house atmosphere of this large, listed farm in North Jutland, built in 1870 by the then owners of the nearby Spøttrup Borg. Here you can have an authentic experience in a house that exudes cultural heritage with its charming stone details, beautiful garden and beautifully decorated rooms, while enjoying the protected nature of the Salling Peninsula, surrounded by moorland and the tranquility of the sea. Here you'll find original style, a secluded location and water on all sides.

Throughout the charming farm, you'll be met by charming and cozy surroundings that make it easy to feel like a welcome guest of Niels and Maren Breinholt in the heyday of horse trading in 1870. With 550 square meters, high ceilings and room for 11 overnight guests in six beautifully decorated double rooms and one single room, it's an ideal place to invite the whole family.

There are also several cozy living rooms with antique furniture, two bathrooms and a cozy country kitchen with everything you need, as well as a rustic men's room with its raw boulder walls that create an atmospheric setting to gather in. In connection with the farmhouse, there is also a 100 square meter terrace aptly named 'Udsigten', where you can relax, grill and enjoy the sun and evenings while looking out over the beautiful moorland and tidal landscape to the Limfjord and Mors. The farm also includes an outbuilding with thatched roof, terrace with sea views and plenty of yard space.

Upon arrival at Ny Spøttrup, you'll be welcomed by the caretaker who will also give you a tour of the farm. Note that there are two additional single rooms in the attic - however, these are not insulated and are accessed by a steep staircase unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. Around the farm you'll find meadows, ponds and a rich bird and animal life - deer, foxes and hares are frequent guests in the large, beautiful garden. At nearby Nymølle Harbor there is a beach with a bridge and a small port of call for yachtsmen.
