This Tuscan cottage welcomes you with its bright architecture and generous spaces, perfect for gathering family and friends in an authentic corner of Tuscany. Built on the site of an ancient medieval tannery, this 1999 home combines modern comfort and historic charm, with unique details in yellow Sienese marble.
The interiors showcase a harmonious blend of tradition and functionality. The living room features a versatile heating system with a wood-burning fireplace and radiators, while the kitchen boasts an impressive table and sink made from local stone. The main wall retains the original stones from the tannery.
The large private covered terrace at the rear becomes your favorite retreat for al fresco dining, while the garden overlooks the surrounding pastures and woods. The hillside location offers views typical of this lesser-known but still authentic part of Tuscany.
There is a swimming pool shared with the other guests of our farmhouse.
From here, you can set off to discover treasures near and far: the Abbey of San Galgano 9.3 miles away, Siena 13.7 miles away, the Val d'Orcia with its iconic cypress trees, and the Tyrrhenian coast 28 minutes away. Florence and Arezzo are an hour's drive away, making this an ideal base for exploring the region.
