Architect-designed house with covered terrace

This architect-designed house on the coast of North Zealand was built with a clear connection between indoors and outdoors. The living room opens directly onto the terrace, and the covered area means you can sit outside even when the weather changes.

Inside, the living room is divided into zones, so the group can gather or retreat a bit without leaving the house. All rooms also have doors leading to the covered section of the terrace, allowing you to move around freely.

Outside, there’s a trampoline, soccer goals, a rebounder, and badminton rackets. The surroundings are quiet, and birds are a constant companion throughout the day.

Heather Hill is a protected area on the coast of North Zealand. In the area, there are beaches and hiking trails to explore, as well as an Italian café where you can get pizza and ice cream.
