Country house overlooking scenic fields

Only 400 metres from Smålandsfarvandet is a lovely old farmhouse with Kalø Grå Nature Reserve as its closest neighbour. The summer house has been completely renovated with the original soul and charm of the house in mind, and this is also evident in the interior.

There are a total of three bedrooms with double beds and there is also the possibility of two extra beds on a sofa bed. The first floor offers six of the sleeping places and the last two are on the ground floor. There is also a lovely, bright living room here, where the sofas overlook the water. There is both a large, delicious wood-burning stove and a lovely sitting area, which creates a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you need to cook good meals and the dishwasher does the washing up.

The house is surrounded by a large south-facing garden with several cosy seating areas, a small and idyllic courtyard and a large terrace with barbecue and fire pit. From the garden you have a view over the open fields. On the other side of the house there is a cosy sitting area with sea view and sunset.
