Horse riding at thatched idyll near Thy

The house is part of a former farmhouse with three wings, of which you'll be staying in the lovely annex, so there's a chance you'll bump into guests staying in the wing next door. You also have the option to rent the entire farm if you want more privacy. Furthermore, the sweet family provides bedding and other similar services, as well as catering if desired, so you don't have to spend time on practical tasks and can just relax as soon as you arrive.

Inside, the house has a large window with views of beautiful nature and grazing horses. The interior is characterized by a mix of charming Gustavian style and details that complete the Danish cottage atmosphere. The house sleeps a total of four people in a loft with a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, you also have access to the farm's cozy courtyard with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and the cozy fire pit that invites you to enjoy lots of cozy moments under the open sky.

If you enjoy long walks in beautiful surroundings, the area offers many trails and routes where you can encounter wildlife. You can also hop on one of the house bikes and head down to the beach, pick up fish from Bjarne, which you can later throw over the barbecue. You can also go to Bulbjerg, Denmark's only bird cliff. If you've brought your horses, Rideruten Thy is not far from the cottage, and Thy National Park also offers many beautiful hiking routes.
