Loft-style house in the Marina Alta with pool

This former winery, converted into a loft-style space, combines thick walls that keep it cool in the summer with a wood-burning stove that makes it cosy in the winter. Here you'll find a unique spot right in the heart of the Marina Alta.

The interior combines the living-dining room, kitchen, and bedroom with an en suite bathroom into a single open-plan space. The loft-style design takes advantage of the original building’s curved architecture to create a unique and functional atmosphere.

The terrace's the perfect place to enjoy summer evenings. You can step right out from your accommodation and enjoy the balmy evenings outdoors in complete peace and quiet.

Sagra's located in the heart of the Marina Alta, near Altea, Dénia and Jávea, with their Mediterranean coves and charming villages. In the surrounding area, you'll also find the Montgó Natural Park and markets in inland villages where you can discover the region's cuisine and traditions.
