This lovely holiday home is located in Lumsås on Sjællands Odde by the beautiful Sejerø Bay. While the hosts have enjoyed the lovely plot for many years, the house was completed in early 2019. Although it is a modern house with lots of comfort, it oozes charm and personality. There's room for the family to enjoy long summer days on the terrace and frosty winter days around the fireplace.

The large, open-plan kitchen invites you to socialize with family and friends. Here you can gather on the built-in corner sofa for movies and board games or bake pizzas in the pizza oven. On the mattresses in the loft above the living room, there's room for the kids to sleep and keep their secrets. Spice up your vacation with a little sweat and work out with weights, kettlebells and skipping ropes, or take a spin on the cross-trainer. After your workout, your clothes can be washed in the washing machine and with two bathrooms in the house, there's no waiting in line for a shower.

Open the four-meter folding door in the family room and feel how indoors and outdoors blend into one. In the garden, long sunny days can be enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area, while children can play on the grass with soccer goals, spikeball, garden badminton or croquet. Freshen up under the outdoor shower or enjoy dinner in the warm, golden evening sun on the west-facing terrace. In the annex, there's room for an afternoon nap on the bed or a quiet moment with your favorite book. There are also plenty of opportunities for active vacations in the area. Grab your bike and take a ride along the water on the headland or row out in the two kayaks.
