Welcome to this stunning cabin, where you can enjoy a 180-degree view of the beautiful landscape from sunrise to sunset. There's fascinating sky play all year round, and the moon makes for some amazing evenings. The living room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can enjoy the view whatever the weather.
The cabin is mostly timbered, with large, beautiful beams that give it a rustic feel. The interior is made up of many inherited pieces, giving the place a unique charm. The living room and dining room are connected, creating a spacious and social environment. From the dining room, there is a small ladder up to the loft, where children can enjoy games or just hang out. All rooms except the annex have underfloor heating.
The cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. In addition, there is a family bunk in the annex, with room for two in the lower bunk and a child in the upper bunk. The annex is only available if you are more than 6 guests.

The area around the cottage is fantastic for hiking, either along the coastal path or into the forest. The rocks and jetty below the cabin are ideal for a morning swim, and there are many fishing opportunities in the area. The nearest town is Sande, but it's also a short drive to Holmestrand, Drammen, Svelvik and Holmsbu for shopping, cinemas and more. Just a 5-minute drive away is also Fossekleiva cultural center, which may be worth a visit.

We are a family of four, Geir and Maren with two girls aged 14 and 11. We love our cabin and use it as much as we can. Even though we both work full time, we try to come here as often as possible, all year round. Sometimes we even bring the office with us! The cabin is close to Oslo, but it is still very quiet and peaceful here. This gives us the perfect opportunity to relax in secluded surroundings. We also have a large area at the back of the garden with a trampoline, which the children love to play on. We look forward to sharing our little gem with you!

The house is beautifully located and offers a panoramic view of the fjord. The location is perfect for excursions. Many destinations can be reached in less than an hour. The landlords are wonderful and take care of every need. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place.
