Three generation summer house in colourful style

In the butter hole between Nykøbing Sjælland and Rørvig lies a peaceful holiday home area with a modernized holiday home. Here you will find many cozy corners both inside and outside with plenty of opportunities for fun and play as well as socializing, contemplation and pure relaxation.

The decor is characterized by flea market finds combined with pastel colors to create a relaxing setting that exudes a true cottage atmosphere. On the sofa in front of the fireplace, you can gather for games and good conversation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are only separated by the brand new wood-burning stove, which with its two glass sides can be enjoyed while dining and relaxing. The armchair in the corner under the heat pump invites contemplation, and the three bedrooms provide space and tranquillity with a view of the lush garden.

Outside, the sunny terrace and large garden are a mecca of cozy spots. The lounge area in the corner of the terrace offers plenty of shelter, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax while the barbecue sizzles. The sun lounger in the opposite corner catches the last of the sun's rays, while the playhouse, sandpit, play kitchen and trampoline provide fun for the little ones. At the back of the garden you'll find the fire pit, surrounded by candles and a pallet swing next to the large willow bush. In the opposite corner, you'll find a children's swing and a reflection bench amidst a sea of bamboo, and you can throw up a hammock under the shade of the birch trees. To top it all off, the shed contains plenty of toys and there's plenty of opportunity to play tag around the garden's many bushes and trees, from which you can pick blueberries, blackcurrants, strawberries and apples for dinner or just as a snack while enjoying the peace and quiet.

When you're in the mood for a break from the peace and quiet of the cottage, the area offers a lovely beach, an exciting bird sanctuary, and it's not far to either atmospheric Rørvig or atmospheric Nykøbing Sjælland. If the day calls for a longer excursion, you can hop in the car and head to Anneberg kulturpark, Gudmindrup beach or Sommerland Sjælland.
