You'll stay in a first-floor apartment on Tenuta Il Cicalino, a working farm estate in the Tuscan Maremma. With 24 apartments across six farmhouses, the estate sits among green hills and offers access to a pool, garden, fitness centre, and restaurant.

Your apartment has a triple bedroom that we can prepare with three singles or as a double with a single. The living area includes a kitchenette, sofa bed, and TV. There's also a bathroom with shower, air conditioning throughout, and a safe for valuables.

You have direct access to the shared garden and pool from your apartment. The outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing between excursions into the surrounding Maremma countryside.

The estate's fitness centre is 500 metres away, and the restaurant is 800 metres from your door. Beyond the estate, you can explore medieval villages, natural landscapes, and outdoor trails that wind through hills and valleys.
